Q. How do I place an order?

A. Simply navigate through our site and add the products you wish to purchase to shopping cart. Once you finish selecting your products, proceed to checkout. Enter your contact details, shipping address and make your payment.

Q. Do you allow pickups?

A. Unfortunately we do not allow pickups at this stage.

Q. Where are you based?

A. We are located in Doncaster Victoria - eastern suburb of Melbourne.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We currently accept payment via PayPal. Through PayPal you'll be able to purchase using your credit card or direct from your bank account.

Q. Some of your products are out of stock. When will they be available?

A. Once a product goes out of stock, our stock management will try to get the products in stock as soon as possible. But in some cases we won't be able to get more due to supplier discontinuing the manufacturing of product. If you are looking for something that is listed on site but out of stock, please contact us

Q. Which shipping method do you provide?

A. We use Australia Post to send out our products. All our parcels are sent as registered post.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. We dispatch the next business day. For example, if you place your order on Sunday, your products will be dispatched on Monday.

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. VIC: 2-4 days
NSW: 3-5 days
ACT: 4-7 days
QLD: 5-8 days
SA: 3-5 days
WA: 7-10 days
TAS: 3-5 days
NT: 5-8 days

Q. I received a wrong product. What can I do?

A. We make sure all our parcels are correct but in a very rare case, if you receive a product that is incorrect, please contact us and we will organise the exchange of product.
