We work with Australian currency only (AUD).
Your orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. We use Australia Post to delivery your orders.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging fees and postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.

Should you have a change of mind and would like to return or exchange your order, first you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain "Return Authorisation Number". Once you receive this number, please post your order back to us. We do not cover the return shipping fee - it will be at your cost. We recommend registering and taking delivery insurance on your return to us as items you ship back to us will be under your responsibility until we receive back to our warehouse.
Please note the returning product/s must be returned to us in AS NEW CONDITION including all tags, manuals and accessories. We cannot refund/exchange for returned items which do not meet this requirement.
